Our Team Jodi Hodak, ABC Jodi is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with more than 15 years of business communication experience. She founded Write Away Communications in 1999 and is passionate about developing innovative communication solutions for companies of all sizes. From high-tech to retail, aviation to finance, Jodi will exceed your expectations! In addition to winning many communication awards, Jodi is the Dallas/IABC 2002 Communicator of the Year and a recipient of the chapter’s prestigious President’s award. She has served in numerous Dallas/International Association of Business Communicators board positions and is currently working as the chapter’s volunteer coordinator. Jodi also holds a position on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee for the National Association of Women Business Owners. Jodi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Writing from California State University at Northridge, graduating Cum Laude as a merit scholarship recipient. Write Away Communications is a certified Women Owned business. Debbie Welker Debbie is a graphic communicator specializing in presentations, publications and editing. She has more than a decade of business communication experience working with a wide range of financial corporations and business offices. In addition to her corporate background, Debbie is a certified teacher who has several years of classroom experience. She has worked extensively with the Red Cross. Debbie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from California State University at Northridge. She also completed 30 units in post graduate studies.
